“The room was very nicely appointed for two people. Big bathroom. Teeny kitchen area with exactly 2 of everything, i.e., spoon, fork, plate, etc. Gorgeous view. Tiny patio. Terribly uncomfortable chairs. Bed was firm, almost to the uncomfortable level. There is a club across the street so bring ear plugs. We had a sound machine blasting and could still hear the BOOM BOOM from it. Our TV went out. It was a bad cable. Took several calls and 2-1/2 days to get maintenance to put a new cable in.……

“Sadly this was our second time at this property and our first stay was great. This stay was not good First night room flooded as drains were blocked and noisy construction started every morning around 6am towels were stained and very aged. The property offered us a Buffet breakfast which was not very good. 😌 the pools need maintenance very dirty. They also need to control the other guests had people screaming and running down our hall couple sleepless nights. I realize it’s not high season……

“Front desk, The bellman helped me with my luggage, the suttle driver, the trolley drivers were amazing, they gives us great welcome, and excellent service. The staff from restaurants are fantastic, they gives us great service. I really recommend Mousai Hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico ( adults only) has great views, clean rooms, great environment, amazing service. Love this place, definitely come back again.”

“Great location at the top of the town, although the sea is pebbly and quite rough, that's nature. nice pool, great drinks, food was actually exeptional and the surroudings were great. Proper relaxing and chilled place. not loud, good crowd, great music and vibe/energy all around.”
